Paz has a strong-20-year background in market research, having specialized in commercial development and management, consultancy, client services, projects follow up and team coordination. During that time, she had the opportunity to work for clients, such as Ab InBev, Nestlé, Bimbo, AXION Energy, Ferrero, McDonald's, Unilever, L'Oréal and GSK, among others.
For eight years, she served at IPSOS, a global lead in market research, holding the positions of Senior Client Officer, Senior Client Service Director and Senior Accounts Director. Previously, she was part of the teams of the market researchers Millward Brown (today Kantar), TNS-Gallup and IGL Argentina (Information Group Latin America) and the MKT Digital agency INSITE Latin America SH. She lived in Ecuador, where she worked at the research company IPSA as a Project Manager.
She holds a bachelor's degree in Marketing from the Universidad Argentina de la Empresa (UADE) and she's trained in Generation and Analysis of Statistical Information and Conflict Leadership.
